How it feels
By the time you wake, your night has already been read. How you slept, what deserves your attention today — one paragraph, written from your own data.
Snap your plate. Portion, calories and macros fall into place on their own. You taste the food instead of counting it.
Sleep, movement, daylight, water, HRV, mood… all of it becomes a single number out of 100. How are you today? At a glance.
Life Score
Everything your watch and phone collect meets in a single score. You also see which metric is pulling it down — no black box.
Data-aware coach
The morning briefing reads what actually happened: how many hours you slept, what your resting heart rate did, what you ate yesterday. Then it frames your day in one paragraph.
“You went to bed late and your resting heart rate is still high. Be kind to yourself today — a long walk instead of a hard session, and an early bedtime. Tomorrow will open far better.”
— Wealthen coach

Nutrition
What's left, your macros and your eating window at a glance. Photograph it, or just say it; Wealthen keeps the books. One day above your target doesn't undo anything — what counts is how your days go overall.

Apple Watch
Wealthen's watch app doesn't depend on the phone: it collects your data and sends it itself. Wi-Fi or cellular is enough — the phone can stay in your bag.

What feeds your spirit
A book, a table full of friends, half an hour looking at the sea… you mark those too. They deliberately don't count toward the score — they're there to remind you, not to grade you. At month's end it all gathers into the Monthly Life Report: how the month went, on one page.

For women
A woman's energy, sleep and appetite don't stay the same all month. Wealthen shows this not as a calendar but as part of how your day actually went: which phase you're in, and how your own sleep, heart rate and appetite shift in it — your data, not general advice.
Appears when you select female in your profile. If you'd rather not, it never shows. It gives no medical advice and makes no diagnosis.
Wealthen Family
I can't call my mother every day. But every morning I know how she is. A radically simple separate app for your ageing parent: did she drink water, did she go outside, is she alright. She presses one button — you breathe easier.

Good to know
Wealthen is an iPhone and Apple Watch app that reads your sleep, steps, nutrition, daylight, water, heart-rate variability (HRV) and mood from Apple Health and turns them into a single Life Score out of 100. Every morning it gives you a short coach briefing written from your own data.
Metrics such as sleep duration, steps, daylight, water, calorie balance, HRV, SpO₂ and mood are weighted according to published health guidelines. How much each metric moves the score is written plainly inside the app — there is no black box.
No. Take a photo of your plate or say what you ate; portion, calories and macros are estimated by AI. You can also tell Siri "Add food in Wealthen" or "Log 500 ml of water in Wealthen".
Yes. The Apple Watch app includes the Life Score, water logging, voice logging, live heart-rate workouts and Siri commands. Your phone can stay in your pocket.
The app is free to download. The AI coach, photo meal analysis and voice logging are part of the Wealthen Pro subscription: 7-day free trial, then a monthly subscription ($6.99/month in the US).
Your health data stays tied to your account; it is never exposed to ad networks or sold to third parties. Delete your account and the data goes with it. Wealthen is not a medical device and does not diagnose.
Turkish, English, German, French, Dutch, Spanish, Japanese, Chinese, Russian and Greek — including the Siri commands and coach texts.
A radically simple companion app for an elderly loved one: water, meal, went out, I'm fine, and one-button help. You quietly see their day in the Family Care screen of Wealthen.
